Not to get political, but all these Muslim countries fight for their freedom with their lives, and then when they get it they vote in the most hardline Islamist dictators they can find to suppress them even further. Even worse than Bernie.

Great job from both Raikkonen and Grosjean! Hope we can see Lotus win a race soon.

How on earth this Rosberg not get a penalty for either of his chops on Hamilton/Alonso? That was dangerous driving on his part.

Great race! Lots of passing and Lotus on the podium. If it was only one lap longer and Vettel ran out of gas, it could have been perfect.
I don't remember a season that the leader was within sight and it was so close.

Kimi was quite the chatterbox in the post race interview. Monotone....but a lot of it.

FUCK! Hamilton knocked from pole to the end of the field for not finishing the lap back to parc ferme. Barcelona isn't known for passing, so at least Vettel is starting 7th...

This blows.

I can't believe all the mess-ups in the pits this morning. What, is the left rear tire guy now the same thing as an NFL FG kicker -- unnoticed until he messes up?

Meanwhile, I can see why Schumi is pissed, but I don't think Senna did anything wrong.

Agreeance that it's nice to see a newbie win, but I can't shake the suspicion that Maldonado's ascent was purchased with Chavez petrodollars. Still, he seems like a nice guy and good for him.

I understand he was confused in Bahrain when the podium served non-alcoholic beverage.

Everyone thought Lotus had the best chance of making it 5 different manufacturers, but you gotta love Williams back in the hunt.

Good for Maldonado to earn that hard-fought win. And it was amazing to hear God Save the Queen play for Williams again after 8 years.

What was a great race! I bet Rubens is kicking himself about now. Congrats to Williams for coming back. And Lotus consistently near the front as well. Yay Kimi!! I laughed too when I saw him take a big swig of the Mumm. Gotta love the guy. That's the second race that he may won if it was just a bit longer.
Sauber is solid this season too which is great to see.

Now on to Monaco. At least I can watch it live for once. Being slow with little passing, Monaco should be interesting.
Mr Bond should be getting the bar stocked on the yacht just about now.

What a rotten time to have a pre-existing grid penalty. I wish they'd wipe it and assess it for the next race.

Three big races this weekend: Monaco, Indy, and Nascar. An Australian is on the pole in all three.
