But if there is a poster who posted. there once a few weeks ago, maybe in a random thread there with no info, then whats the big deal? Anyways Lexxan already addressed this by saying people could PM him for specific cases so that's fine I guess. If there really are no real spoiler then the whole thing is a much-ado about nothing. However, this in theory is a great idea because some seasons do have real spoilers and posters who are double dipping

And really only when I think one of my personal favorites has a chance. I can't be bothered to make the case for someone I don't like. Sandra is my favorite Survivor of ALL TIME and I would have loved to post my theories about her edit during HVV, but I mostly kept it to the spoiler forum because there were tonnes of spoilers that season and I knew she was in the final 3 and likely the winner. But even with spoilers I analyzed things like CANDICE'S EPIC WINNERS EDIT just for funsies (not in the edgic thread obvs). It isn't impossible. And unlike some people, I don't really care about seeming smart to ~the edgic community~ I've been wrong before and freely admit it. Example: I posted in support of Natalie T's edit and stand by my decision to this day which most would consider me a complete moron for. I'm only even on the list because Oo put me on his blacklist LAST season since I posted in the thread about Ponderosa there. He and others were aggro because they refused to educate themselves and realize there were no "Sophie wins" spoilers for her supporters to rely on and that everyone was arguing Sophie vs Coach by a certain point anyway. That's all the past, but people in the spoilers forum were arguing that Ozzy would win in the final week. That should tell you all you need to know about the nature of spoilers last season, and that was the first time I became really involved in winner spec. But now I've been unjustly blacklisted FOREVER sob With that said, I do know the spoilers for this season which consists of who is likely booted next week and that's all. There are 0 spoilers about anything that happens beyond week 3 and others have explained the dubious nature of the FLIGHT FIVE thing. I felt okay with posting a little spec about someone everyone is talking about, but apparently that's ban-worthy now just because Phoenix is on a power trip and is probably autistic and likes making lists I rarely participate and never vote on anything anyway so my influence is minimal to say the least. sry to contribute to the derailing of this thread but my name was brought into the fold Last Edited By: ZombieLinda 02/25/12 07:53 PM. I have been reading the edgic thread since cook-islands and have never posted here or anywhere until this month. I know for a fact that lots of people love posting winner picks in edigc and lurk in spoilers for fun and that's ok. But I do hope that everyone respect edgic and the people who like this hobby. If you're posting in the spoiler forum, you have an interest in reading any spoilers that may at some point exist, yes? You'd LIKE to hear what happens before it happens? If not, then why would you even post in spoilers in the first place? I just don't get it, personally. I want to avoid spoilers because I want to try to solve the puzzle without any outside hints. The last place I would go is the spoiler section. So if someone posts a legitimate bootlist in spoilers tomorrow THEN would all of these people suddenly decide to stop posting spec here? Given the history of what we've seen, I seriously doubt it. Some of us play nice in this regard, most of us don't. Anyway, I don't care either way. I have learned to accept that spoilers will impact Edgic. This thread has become a politicized drama center where people come to be seen and make waves - little else gets done. There are probably as many people here trolling as there are participating on any given day. It is what it is.

All I do is post my ratings and hit the exit but obviously I'll refrain from that since Phoenix did say she doesn't count everyone's ratings and I'm a dirty, dirty boy who reads spoilers. I guess all I can do is lurk from the side lines now sad face Also, oowatanite should be the edgic HBIC again. I don't know when he resigned from office but this is not the hope and change that I support. Give the power back to the people.
