Coattail riding, for example, is tried and true to get to the end, but it doesn't close the deal. Being a challenge whore also gets you to the end, but doesn't seal the deal.

Posts: 14288 12/21/11 03:44 PM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	tons of Survivors have tried 'anyone but me'. It usually means you have no really strong allies and you end up getting the boot. Sandra was helped by a lot of luck just like every survivor winner. there is no universal winning strategy - except the strategy of adapting to your situation which is sort of a given.

Most people who play the 'as long as it ain't me' card find out that they've been placed on a boot list and are going to be booted at some arbitrary time, and there's little they could do to stop it if 'as long as it ain't me' is their entire strategy. Even Sandra deviated from 'as long as it ain't me' when she didn't settle for being 3rd with Burton and Jon and instead teamed up with Darrah and Lill to oust Burton.

Stephen, if Cochrane gets the "nerd" casting over you in a future Allstars type season it will be such a disappointment. Cochrane had no game physically, very little socially, and not much better strategically. Id love to watch you play again. And p.s. (align with Jim) ;)

OTOH if david murphy gets cast instead of Stephen then Probst has officially lost it. why can't we just have a season with Rob C, Fairplay, Stephen, Penner, and Tyson all on it.
