These women are ridiculous. It was like watching human beings act out a cartoon. Did they all watch Married to the Mob and decide that's what they wanted to be when they grew up? Can't wait till next week when the fist fights break out. I always heard that Staten Island was like a different planet but it exceeded my expectations. Great casting....so stereotypical, it's like the Soprano's on acid.

This is better than The Housewives of....... wherever! I am always reading true crime books, especially the mafia and spouses that kill each other. It was kind of neat seeing people that I vaguely know (because of their fathers/husbands stories), that I've been reading for years. Sammy Gravano's daughter (Karen?) is the bomb; I love her already. It took big ones to move back home after your father pretty much betrayed every person you knew/know. Renee, however, is bat shit crazy, so she'll probably end up being my favorite. Yep, I'll be watching.

Posts: 28088 04/18/11 02:30 PM Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts	in the late 90's i was at a supermarket in phoenix and when i looked up from my cart, sammy the bull was wheeling up the aisle. i almost shit my pants. at this point, he was in witness protection and had written his book. i was sure it was him. later, he and the fat daughter and her husband/baby daddy (i guess the guy she was talking to on the phone?) were all busted for selling ecstasy--she had tons of it in her baby's diaper bag or car seat. i think he is still in prison and she got to cop a plea but not postive.

She seems like she takes no shit so I think she will be entertaining. It's funny but my two favorites right now (Karen & Renee) hate each other. This is gonna be soooooooooo good!
