Ugh. At least the "Bob is the only human on the planet who can SAVE me" BS was held to a minimum. Although it still seeped through the cracks with the whole "I lost the bet so I'm with Dolvett" crap, it seems like most people are happy.

I REALLY hope Dolvett wipes the floor with Bob and his team so that everyone can realize that Bob is not Jesus.

also wtf at "these guys are starting off kind of small"

i checked on wikipedia, and the person with the lowest BMI is sitting at 37.6 which is morbid obesity, and most of them have BMI's of >40

Bob is going to piss himself when he sees Ben gone. Not only would Ben have been Bob's go to guy for weight loss, Ben would have also been Bob's ~~man crush~~ closest teammate for the season.

The season looks like it will be pretty good, but this episode annoyed the heck out of me. First off, I hate it when they send a team home before they even get started. How freaking wrong is it to throw a life preserver out to a drowning man and then yank it away at the last second and yell, "ha ha! had ya' fooled!" Not to mention that most of these people have rearranged their whole lives to be there.

Then we end up with a quitter! I'm glad to see he's doing well, but how much insult does it add for injury to the team that got tossed out when one of the other people didn't even want to be there.

Loved Bob for years when Jillian seemed like the attention hound. Now he's the one with celebrity syndrome and he doesn't wear it well.

TBL has a new fan in my 6 year old granddaughter. She was never interested before, but now that Santa is on the show she's glued to it.

There is only one fatty who is slightly over 400lbs. That's way smaller than previous seasons with gigantic Daniel, Shay, those half-ton twins, Michael, Arthur and Rulon, who were all around 500lbs or close to it. I think it's a step in the right direction because they will have better transformations at the finale. The last couple of finales have been shitty with almost everyone still being overweight.

I hate the quitter. I'm sure his three kids will appreciate him giving up $250k he could have easily won so much when they are all in massive debt from college.
