It is so sad to watch poor Regis' mind just slip slidin' away. He can't seem to remember any names anymore.
I used to enjoy the few minutes in the show when he spoke of his night out on the New York social scene while Kelly just smiled and nodded.
But something bad has happened lately. Amid reports that the network doesn't want to renew Regis cuz he is just too far over the hill, Kelly is getting positively yappy and Regis is on the verge of slugging her.
But I'm posting now because of yesterday's show when Kelly did a five minute shtick about The Bachelor. She was making fun of the lady doctor who told him about her eggs rotting. Kelly was funny enough to be worth taping.
I'm going to tape the shows from now on because I expect something exciting may well happen on air. Regis may keel over dead on air one day or maybe he will finally get so annoyed with her that he will either tell her to just fuck right off or actually haul off and belt her.
P.S. I searched for an existing thread under L for "Live" as well as R for "Regis". Hope I didn't miss something obvious. Nobody wanted to rag on Regis or Kelly?
