I was glad that Alex Kingston, Noah Wyle, Sherry Stringfield, Laura Innes, and Eriq La Salle were back! I wish Carol/Doug/Cleo/Jeannie would have come back.
I think Jeannie and Kerry should have had a reunion because I remember they were really close. I remember when Jeannie left, Kerry told her she was really going to miss her and then last season when Jeannie came back, Kerry was the first person she asked for. It would have been a nice little reunion. But I was most excited for Elizabeth, she was my favorite. I loved her! And I loved the old theme coming back! I didn't really care for the episode, didn't show ER much justice. The end was what I expected/envisioned a long time ago, so it was good. Gonna miss this show. |

i've never seen a single episode of this shit. didn't noah wiley's character die of the cancer some seasons ago? i don't get it. i watched
the last 20 minutes because i happened to be surfing the tube.

You can't expect everything to tie up in a neat little bow. That's why I liked the ending, just back to business as usual.
The retrospective was excellent. I'll miss it. And I thought Ernest Borgnine was brilliant. |

For all the times they mentioned Cleo, did they actually ever explain WHY she wasn't there? She worked with all these people too, and Benson brought the
son with him so it's not like she had to stay home and watch the kid. Was Michael Michelle too busy or something?

IIRC, she wasn't treated so well by the show -- then again, neither was lesbo doc actress, and she came back for the interviews. Alex Kingston, too, who
got tossed to the side -- maybe she's just too in demand.
That over the rainbow ending would have been vomit inducing. I prefer the life goes on approach. |

I liked it... could have been better.... didn't mind the loose ends, that was always part of ER, you didn't always find out what happened to people after they left the ER.... the end I will admit, watching the ambulances coming in, the old theme music.... I teared up a little... |
