Can't believe I've been waiting for this. There's no real point to any story except the girl in the coma.
The mother of the twins dying was horrible. I was expecting redemption from "Love's Labor Lost" in season 1. It was completely pointless. I guess ER really didn't have any writers for the last few seasons. Tonight has been a trainwreck thrown together at the last minute. It's as if they wrote it last night. |

Well I was waiting for something to happen that would be reminiscient even up to the last 15, then 10, then 5 minutes.
That's a really sad way to end one of the most monumental shows in history. I guess the show actually ended years ago. |

Well what do you guys want. The hospital to blow up? Everyone that ever worked there to come back for carters hospital? What did you guys want....life moves
on...we had closure for people all season and now the best closure you could hope is that it keeps going.

skipping the first hour-- watching Survivor right now (sorta).
as for George Clooney-- he is the ONLY reason I started watching ER when it premiered. I spotted him on Facts of Life, and it was pure lust. he's only a couple years older than I. yep. I'm middle aged. (shriek) |

I watchec 3 hours of ER It's good ending as Mark Greene's daughter start her job as doctor in her father's memory. I am glad to see Alex back

I agree with whoever said this show pretty much ended three years ago. I looked back and the last time I ever considered the show epic, was right after Carter
left. He left at the end of season 11, and the beginning of the next season was only tolerable for so long.
Anyways, I'm assuming that the adoption for Kate went through? I don't get it, the whole season she was supposedly the main character, but she was hardly present these last chunk of episodes. They could have done so much more with her character and this final season. Tonight I saw glimpses of why I loved this show so much. It was easily the best episode in years. Probably since the Darfur/Africa episodes. They did the best they could for the finale with the writters and budget they had. They didn't tie up the ends of the season. - Did Kate's adoption go through? - Sam and Gates got back together? - The heart transplant girl with the kid in foster care? - Carter and his wife? - Morris and his new gofo? - Neela picking Ray or Brenner? - Sam and her estranged mother? Again all shit they didn't tie up. The only explanation I can think of is they were going with the theme that "Life goes on in the ER!" Clooney and Juliane's episode that was hyped up ALL season, so lame! I loved the classic ER theme song and openning coming a back, which was part of why I loved the show so much.
