He was featured in two episodes in season one, and Identity Crisis in Season 2. He was killing victims born on the same day as his father's murder. He would make it look like suicide. At the end of Identity Crisis, he killed himself. The show led you to believe that Grissom was in danger, because of his birthday, but it turns out Melander was born on the same day. He didn't use Grissom's hand to make the mold, he used his own, which made Grissom rule him out as a suspect because he figured it was somebody else using one of his fake hands. This probably doesn't make much sense, if you haven't seen the episode. I was just trying to refresh.

Got to get Sarah and Greg together and Grissom and Lady Heather. But I know they'll pull a "Friends" on us and make us go through the agonizing process first. ...and I missed the first episode because I was sick, and my tape didn't work!!! How long will I have to wait to see it repeat??

I liked them. What im talking about is someone that taunts the csi crew into catching him. If i HAD to describe it better .., it would be like a "JACK" of the profiler. A story that isnt summed up in 1-2 episodes. Someone to really challenge the characters is what id like to see. But thats me!

Sarah/Grissom- they've been hinting at it since ep 2 of season one. I think it's best left the way it is, just sizzling under the surface. People getting away with it- don't forget that killer who painted the bridge, then when the gals went to wash at the fountain, he killed them. I think he got away...so far. they had the guy in prison, but he was a copy cat killer. the real guy is still out there... I love the peripheral characters on CSI. The lab guy (greg?) the guy who does the autopsy stuff. The cop. I think the two young CSI guys are dull. Sarah is butt ugly. They should NEVER have a romance between any of the main characters. That's what fanfic is for!!

I like how Grissom always treats him like shit; in the stylized world of CSI, that little detail seems real to me. I'm surprised I haven't seen any drag queen impersonations of Marg Helgenberger. Sometimes she's so over the top, in a good way of course.

In the past seasons, the hairstylists have always given him the stupidest haircuts and they usually go to the extreme with the "bedhead" look. Once, he was even sporting pinstripes. Tonight, he looked hot.

Posts: 8017 (10/02/03 8:56 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Actually while I was watching it, I was reminded of those nasty crime scene photos from rotten.com of the guy who had died under the same set of conditions - he had gotten into the bathtub, had a heart attack and died. Apparently where he was living (whatever State it was) was experiencing the worst heatwave on record and so he literally 'cooked' in the bathtub for a few days. Most of the skin fell apart from the bone when they tried to remove the body - they said it was like a "soup". Grotesque, yet morbidly interesting.

There isn't much to say. Grissom's hearing has been progressively worse. He finally took his case to the Medical Examiner that said he might have waited too long to have the surgery. At the time there was no guarantee his hearing would be restored but without it he would completely lose his hearing. The last scene was Gil preparing for surgery and Willows going to the hospital to be with him. Fast forward to the season premiere, Gil can here Catherine's phone vibrating in her purse. Apparently his hearing has been restored. Sarah has an epiphany after the explosion and challenges Grissom to act on his feelings. She cautions him that she might not be available if he doesn't make up his mind soon. (This was disturbing to me because I always thought the attraction was 1 sided on her part.) Willows, fessed up that she was responsible for the lab explosion and was suspended. In another episode she ran a DNA test on a suspect and found out he was her biological Father. Because of this the suspect was released on appeal. Willows is concerned that there might be repercussions. Greg was still visibly shaken up at the end of last season. He said he needed time. He seems to be back to his old self. Greg got to actually collect some evidence tonight. If you need anymore details let me know. I'm not sure what info you needed so I apologize if I am way off the mark.
