Tell them about the idol and why hadn't they been told, I'm sure Earl and Boo knew about it, etc, etc. Then point out to the girls where their ranking was in the alliance, and how much better they would be with Alex and Mookie. If they could get the girls, then they could go to Dreamz and probably convince him of the same things.
