We don't know - and I've been trying to think if Levy was seen in the background of a courthouse scene or somewher in the past talking to someone. It's the final bit of info that Lester got from Clay Davis at the bar. ETA - It could be the judge, now that I think about it... they way he slid the check over after he signed the court order. Aren't they among the officials who can't accept gifts?

I finished watching it, but I'm not going to say anything about it until Sunday. Anyone who really wants to know what happens can check out any of the
other sites where they're discussing the finale.
I'm just sad this show is over. It's the end of an era. |

Unfortunately, my cable internet is slower than dial-up. It would make the Slowsky's pissed off. So, I probably won't get to watch it before like,
midnight at the most, and probably not until tomorrow afternoon.

I am downloading the finale and will hold off watching it until Sunday. In the mean time, I am returning to the roots of The Wire and re-watching Homicide:
Life on the Streets season 1.
I remember,fondly, when Baltimore had a CFL team and they were featured on the show. I think they were playing the Stampeders that episode. |

I don't have the multimillion dollar cable package required to view it, GIAA. Downloading is my only choice.
I'll probably wait until tomorrow night after Survivor. There is is no way I can holdout after watching episodes 1 &2 of Homicide. |

its funny to see the personalities here.
i'm all an old-school anticipation television viewer. i love the wait. before the leaks and on-demand, discussing the "what-was-that?" and the "what-could-that-mean?" shit. (that is clearly over. fini sofa. eh, he's old.) and then the other camp of the if-i-could-watch-the-entire-season-in-one-night, i'm cool with that. (like a season of a show is some large tub of haagen-dazs and on-demand/torrents a big spoon.) heh. whatever. its been fun. thank y'all for helping me better understand this great show along the way. it has been fun... |

Usually if I can get to watch an episode early, I will. Delayed gratification is not my strong suit. Plus, that way I don't have to worry about
accidentally reading spoilers before I see the episode.
At any rate...there will be a lot to talk about on Sunday. |

Sorry, SA, I just assumed you had it! I only recently got HBO as part of the cable package that comes with my apartments (cable is provided by my university).
sofa, I know what you speak. I have no problem waiting for the episodes each week, especially for shows like LOST and Survivor. However, when the episode is out there to watch, I will watch it. I don't like to view spoilers (as in, information about shows, I don't consider "leaked" episodes to be spoilers in that regard), but if the entire damn episode is out.....fuck it! ETA: 6 more hours to go. 53.4% done ;( |
