The original title was "The Life of Kings", but at the HBO online shop they are selling T-Shirts with the titles of the final 10 episodes printed on the back, and the title of the final episode is now "-30-". I don't know for sure which one is the real title, but it makes for interesting speculation. "The Life of Kings" is a Mencken quote describing the life of a newspaper reporter. What "-30-" refers to is anyone's guess. ETA: Someone at the IMDB boards said that in the newspaper business, a -30- column signifies the end of something. A reporter's last column can be referred to as a -30- column. But as with all titles on this show, I'm sure this one also has a double meaning. Last Edited By: ProbstFan123 01/28/08 10:22 PM. Heck i'm a star wars movie fan but i aint buying all those lameass books they be making. And if it was just one writer out of the many that have written the show, i wouldn't want to let them have a say in the outcome of the characters i've grown to love without Simon and Burns input and blessings.

Having lived in the area it is filmed for 20 years before moving like most have done it really gives a true glimpse into the world of inner city Baltimore and the things going on in it. I hate that this is the last of the series. I look forward to see just what the movie will cover.

Although in one of the upcoming episode blurbs it says "Kenard makes a big score" or something to that effect, so it's not looking good.

And in the episode where Omar walked up on Michael's crew, the camera lingers on Kenard for a few seconds. I noticed it at the time but didn't think anything of it. It makes more sense now. Although in the leaked clip, Omar doesn't seem to be limping. We don't know how much time has passed, so maybe his leg has had sufficient time to heal. At any rate, enjoy the clip while you can. It is an odd scene though that Omar would walk into a store in full armor with his shotgun hanging down and buy a pack of smokes its not in character. Also he's called out Marlo into thestreets he knows there are dozens of people gunning for him he wouldn't drop his guard like that even for a kid.

Remember last season, talking about Michael: "He's just a kid." I had originally thought that Michael would be the one to kill Omar. Interesting that it looks like 2 of the 3 prequel characters won't survive the season. What does this mean for McNulty's chances? Incidentally, I don't know for sure if the Omar clip is from episode 8. It could be from episode 9 or 10. But the "Kenard's big score" is from the episode 8 synopsis, so it's probably episode 8. I also heard a rumor that Dukie turns to drugs and ends up homeless. Prezbo finds him on the streets. If it's true, I hope Prez adopts him. I don't want Dukie to become the next Bubbles, although it looks like that's where his story is heading.
