Just read that The Waters of Mars should be premiering in UK on Saturday Nov 14th---
and the I found this link about the new Doctor- Matt Smith also became a fan of Matt Smith on facebook to keep updated |

An alien caused a future preview timeline to be seen by Sarah Jane Smith in last weeks episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures. It was of the Tardis and The
Doctor returning to Earth.
In a sad note, K-9 returned to The Sarah Jane Adventures last week as well. |

Also read that David Tennant's recent performance as Hamlet has been picked up for the next season of PBS' Great Performances with a DVD release
sometime next year.

Didn't love "The Next Doctor". In fact I would say it is the weakest episode of Doctor Who I have seen. "Planet of the Dead" was a bit
better. I am really looking forward to "Water of Mars" and "End of Time".

The latest promo for Doctor Who: Waters of Mars from today, the 4th of November 2009. The first of the last three specials with David Tennant as the 10th Doctor will be transmitted on Sunday, the 15th of this month on BBC One in the UK at 7pm. It will come to BBC America on the 19th of December at 9pm ET/PT. �

These are actually the last few specials that David Tennant filmed, I believe that there are just two left after Waters of Mars. A new season starts with the
eleventh Doctor next year.

Watched this latest episode on YouTube----I could not figure out how to open the bittorrent file---I am such a loser--
loved the episode and will rewatch it tomorrow--home from work YAY-- Today for lunch I"m munching on my usual snack of carrots.....................  they tasted different today!
I am so going to miss David Tenant when he is gone!

I'm so tempted to watch the Waters of Mars online, but I am trying to hold out until it airs on BBCA. David was on Graham Norton last weekend and I think
he said it is airing in the U.S. on Dec. 16th. I can't wait for these final 3 specials with David as The Doctor. It is going to be bittersweet, because I
thought he was fantastic in the role and I am nervous about this new Doctor. He has really big shoes to fill.
I also wanted more Doctor Who/Torchwood crossover with David & John together (yummy). Now I just have to send out good vibes in the hopes that David's pilot with NBC (  ) does well and NBC doesn't fuck it up like they do just about
everything else.

I don't know why you're waiting Pinot...they're bound to cut stuff out...just remembering how they butchered Turn Left last year, it still pisses me off. |

No longer will American TV audiences be asking doctor who? Popular British actor David Tennant, best known for playing the title role in the BBC's long-running sci-fi series "Doctor Who," is set to make his American television debut as the title character in NBC's hourlong pilot "Rex Is Not Your Lawyer." Written by Andrew Leeds and David Lampson, "Rex" centers on Rex Alexander (Tennant), a top Chicago litigator who begins suffering panic attacks and takes up coaching clients to represent themselves in court. David Semel, who directed the pilots for "Heroes" and "Life," has come on board to helm the comedic legal drama from Universal Media Studios and BermanBraun. He will also executive produce with veteran Barry Schindel (who is attached as showrunner), Gail Berman, Lloyd Braun and Gene Stein. Leeds and Lampson serve as supervising producers. NBC greenlighted the project in August, about two years after it was first developed, and had been trying to find a lead actor for several months until Tennant came along and nailed the part. Tennant, a theater and TV actor, rose to fame playing the mysterious alien time-traveler at the center of "Doctor Who" for the past five years. His performance as the Doctor has been often rated as the top in the franchise's 46-year history. Tennant's casting is reminiscent of the tapping of another established British TV actor with virtually no American TV experience, Hugh Laurie, as the lead on Fox's medical drama "House."
