Stephen pretending to be cold at the beginning of the episode was pretty funny, considering trees were green and a convertible was parked right outside. Also, Stepehn referring to himself as Jewish boy was cute. His mom is Jewish and his dad is Italian. All my Betty hate returned with full force. Once again, she couldn't stop cackling inappropriately. Glad she went down in flames. I'd never heard of "Bias crime" till Josie mentioned it. She needs to get her eyes checked, camera showed a bin filled with openers. Eric Ruppert as Dirty Santa was cheesy as all get out. It would have been hilarious if Bourdain was Santa; more perverse than Billy Bob Thornton. Speaking of Bourdain, his "holiday special" airs this Mon on Travel Channel. Can't wait.

TLC did a good job designing the show, I liked the quickfire, I liked the 2 chef per round elim and then the bonus round using the leftovers. Congrats to Tiffani, she was the best chef not to win (until now). She lost Season 1 due at least in part to personality, she would have easily won season 2. Would she have beat Hung? Maybe......at any rate we now have a female winner. My only question about last night: why Sandee instead of Casey from Season 3?

She won a damn special, beating out 7 other people. It's good, but I don't consider it elevating her to "winner" status, at least not on the same level as Harold, Ilan, and Hung.
