Tuc Watkins has been in NY filming OLTL and I think that's why we haven't seen the gays.

Anybody here ever been through a tornado? It's pretty damned obvious that the writers haven't. Tornadoes aren't like hurricanes; there's no big wind until the funnel cloud is on its way. In fact, one indicator that a tornado's coming is that everything is deathly still, then you hear a sound like an oncoming train and all hell breaks loose.THANK you! I was thinking that the whole entire episode. Did anyone find it poetic that Victor was taken out by part of the picket fence? I missed the destruction of the water fountain, too. I'll have to go back and look for that. Also, I agree that we don't know all of Katherine's secrets. Something went on with her ex-husband and her daughter. We've still yet to find out what. |

yeah, something happened before they left Wisteria Lane the first time. I remember the deal over the gouge in the floor.
btw, since McCluskey's house is gone.....is she gonna move in with the Lynette??? |

I was a little disappointed overall w/ the episode. It was a really good one but it was so hyped that I was just expecting more..I think it needed to be a 2
parter or something b/c there were so many different storylines going on that each only got a few minutes and that wasn't really enough for well written,
emoitonally charged scenes. The closest we got was Katherine/Adam w/ Bree/Orson. Everyone else's felt really rushed.
Random thoughts.. * That crazy bitch Sylvia can't act and does anyone else think she looks like Tina Fey? The promo w/ Katherine spitting on her looked just like Tina Fey but I knew it couldn't be her obviously and figured that once I got a closer look while watching the actual episode, I'd see they looked nothing alike. Not so .. could be her twin. * Victor's death was obvious. The camera kept showing the fence blowing apart..called his impalement a couple minutes before it happened. Oh and killing him was a total cop out. He's the husband that dies and it only allows Gabi to stay in town. *yawn* * Was I the only one convinced at 1st when Sylvia wouldn't come out of the bathroom that originally Bree and her family were supposed to take shelter in, that when the storm was over & they came out of their hiding places that a tree or a piece of debri would have fallen through there the bathroom and killed Sylvia and if she hadn't refused to come out, it would have been Bree and Co.? Once she came out though and reached for the door, I knew she'd go flying up and away. * Who is the beloved friend to all that dies that was mentioned at the beginning? It certainly was not Victor or Sylvia. * Tom w/ the cat allergies was such a red herring. I was convinced that he'd have an asthma attack and die or some shit like that which would have just pissed me the hell off since he had ample time to leave and could have gone to any other home. It's not like they were in the middle of no where and that was the only shelter option. Oh and Lynette's kids all dead? Yeah... right. They will all be fine which I think irl would be totally inrealistic. Tuc Watkins has been in NY filming OLTL and I think that's why we haven't seen the gays.Call me crazy but then they should have hired a different actor if this one would hardly ever be available. I think it's quite clear that the writers didn't have any big plans for this couple and that they were only supposed to add occasional flavor to the block. If there was a major storyline planned, they would never have hired a bi-coastal actor w/ a busy schedule. some people are thinking that the secret of adam and sylvia is what katherine has been hiding. In my opinion Katherine killed her first husband and somehow brainwashed her daughter into forgetting about him.I think there are 2 secrets.. 1) What happened in Chicago which was resolved tonight. Adam having the affair, sexual harrassment, settling out of court, etc..aka why they moved & Katherine finding out that he really did do it. 2) What happened to Dylan's Father, is that really Dylan? Why did they move in the 1st place? This has yet to be resolved at all.

Perhaps this episode didn't live up to what it could have been because the directors/producers had to wrap it up because of the writer's strike?

Was it ever supposed to be a 2 parter? Not that I know of. I think 2 hours was really needed so that the show could capitalize on the groups of people together
in fear and all the emotional drama that could have come out. It just felt rushed IMO especially the Edie/Gabrielle stuff.
Oh shit and I forgot to add to my post above: * James Denton still can't act. If you can't cry on cue or give any sort of emotional depth to your performances please don't even try b/c it only makes it worse for everyone involved. |

Lynette's house is gone--McCluskey's just had damage. Maybe Scavos can move in with her!No, Lynette's house is where she dragged McClosky to shelter in the tub. They had to rush in there since all the debri was beginning to fly around. They couldn't make it back to McClusky's. So it was McClusky's house that was flattened. That's why Lynette gave out the anguished scream. Her husband & kids were trapped in the basement there. |

Lynette's house is gone--McCluskey's just had damage.Nope, the other way around. Lynette and Ms. McCluskey were hiding in the tub in Lynette's house. The kids/hubby/Ida were in McCluskey's basement. Lynette's house survived (with damage), while McCluskey's was destroyed (probably minus the basement). |

54321blastoff, Tuc Watkins is just finishing up a storyline, he's not on OLTL anymore, so with a normal shooting schedule, it wouldn't have had a big
impact. Everything is screwed up with the strike.

Precription for Susan | ||
|
"the script susan got was for hydrocodone. which is vicodin.
they would never prescribe that for a basic injury. my cousin broke her arm when she was pregnant and all she got was regular tylenol. everything else that happened in the episode was totally believeable. except for that. :}" Actually, when I was pregnant with my son a couple of years ago I had a painful ear infection and the doctor prescribed Vicodin for the pain. I remember being very concerned about it when he prescribed it, since I was 6 months pregnant, ...and asking him about it. He said it was fine to take, but I still was too nervous to take it so I took tylenol (over the counter) instead. |

My sister got a percocept prescription after a car accident (when she was pregnant). I think it's in the same family as tylenol.

I got this spoiler for the next episode at IMDB. I'm not sure if it's legit though. Take it with a grain of salt.
