Not sure who the host may be, although Dick Clark is presumably past his daily hosting prime. Perhaps Donny Osmond will be asked to give up his dancing career? Will this one be $50,000? $100,000?
Anyone's guess how this'll shake out, but SeeBS has already ordered a pilot. So it's likely that Pyramid is coming our way in the very near future.
CBS orders "Pyramid" pilot

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - CBS is looking to replace another departing veteran daytime drama with a revival of a classic game show.
Gearing up for the September cancellation of "As the World Turns," the network has ordered a pilot for a new "Pyramid."
In addition to "Pyramid," which is looking for a host, CBS will probably order at least one more game show pilot in consideration for the "Turns" time slot following the template it used last year to replace veteran daytime soap "Guiding Light." Back then, CBS shot pilots for "Let's Make a Deal" and "Pyramid" before choosing the Wayne Brady-hosted "Deal" to succeed "Light."
Since first launching in 1973 with host Dick Clark, "Pyramid," in which contestants and celebrity pairs try to guess words and phrases based on descriptions, has gone through several incarnations, most recently a syndicated version hosted by Donny Osmond, which ran from 2002-2004.
