With all this talk about where Sun and Jin were on the D.O.C., I thought we could use a Timeline thread that we could keep uddated. Changes and additions will be added in LIME print.
I think part of the rationale for the Pikki "Expose" episode was to show the timeline. If you recall, almost every new flashback scene in that episode had a subtitle of how many days prior to the present storyday it was. The recap for that episode that's at the Official site was also careful to include the days. Last season's "The Other 48 Days" did something similar.
According to that episode, Pikki were bitten/buried on the 80th day since the crash. With a 9/22/04 crash date, that puts their 'deaths' on Dec. 10, 2004.
I don't know how many island days it's been since Expose (maybe we can work that out?) , but using that, along with The "Other 48 days" episode, a pretty good timeline can be reconstructed.
The days that aren't bolded are taken from Sledgeweb's timeline. I'm adding them to help the bigger picture.

Day 01 - 09/22/04 - 815 crash *80 days pre Pikki deaths

Day 33 - 10/24/04 - according to Lostpedia's timelien, this is the day that "Sawyer brings Jin to the beach for a confrontation with Michael. To save her husband from an unwarranted beating, Sun speaks English in front of everyone. Jin leaves Sun and moves to the beach." According to my rough calculations, it's also 53 days prior to Juliet giving Sun the sonogram that would place this day also as Sun's possible D.O.C. Some morning hanky-panky perhaps?
Day 41 - 11/12/04 - Beechcraft falls, Boone dies & Aaron is born.
Day 44 - 11/04/04 - Artz blows up. Monster drags Locke into a hole, the Hatch is blown and the Raft leaves.
Day 48 - 11/08/04 - Shannon Dies when Ana Lucia accidentally shoots her. Eko carries an injured Sawyer to Jack in the Swan Station and Jin and Sun are happily reunited, as are Rose and Bernard.
Day 49 - 11/09/04 - Paulo hides Diamonds in Pearl Hatch & Ben and Juliet watch Jack in the Swan Station on the moniter there. *31 days pre Pikki deaths
Day 55 - 11/15/04 - Sun is attacked by Sawyer.
Day 56 - 11/16/04 - Ben is captured by Danielle.
Day 57 - 11/17/04 - Kate, Danielle and Claire find the Medical Station.
Day 62 - 11/22/04 - Anna Lucia and Libby are shot.

Day 71 - 12/01/04 - Pikki go the Pearl Station with Locke & Desmond. *9 days pre Pikki deaths
Day 80 - 12/10/04 - Charlie and Claire send off a messenger bird stating that they've been on the island for 80 days. The ABC recap of the Expose episode also states that day 80 is Pikki's big day. Spider bites and live burial. Could both these things have happened on the same day?
at least Day 81 - 12/11/04 - Since then, Kate was gassed and spent a night in the jungle with Juliet, while back at the beach, Hurley has conned Sawyer into being nicer. (That's at least one day)
at least Day 82 - 12/12/04 Kate, Sayid, Jack and Juliet trek back to the beach and make camp in the jungle spending a night in the jungle. (That's another day).
at least Day 83 - 12/13/04 - Kate , Sayid, Jack and Juliet arrive at the beach. Juliet injects a sick Claire and then fixed her new tent for the night.
at least Day 84 - 12/14/04 - Night time: Kate goes to Sawyer's tent after seeing Jack & Juliet sharing their evening meal together.
Day 87 - 12/17/04 - In Catch-22, Desmond convinces Charlie, Jin and Hurley to go with him on his fateful premonition excursion. Jin thinks they're camping. They spend the night telling ghost stories and then see the helicopter fall into the ocean. Charlie insists they wait til morning to look for the parachutist.
Juliet takes Sun to the Medical station (around midnight).
Day 88 - 12/18/04 -
very early - At the Medical Station, a sonogram determines that Sun conceived 53 days ago, after which Juliet leaves a taped message for Ben at 6am (it's a Saturday). Juliet and Sun leave to go back to the beach.
In the jungle, Desmond and crew find the Naomi, the parachutist. Naomi tells Hurley that the 815 was found and all were dead.
early - Patchy shows up and gives Parachutist first aid. Patchy is allowed to leave and Des et al make a litter to carry Naomi back to Lostie Beach.
Later in the day - At Others tentville, while after helping Cindy set up her tent, Locke hears Juliet's tape in Ben's tent. ( The narration screen tells us this was '3 days before'. They show us that while we see Locke reading, then burning Sawyer's file. I'm now thinking it was 3 days before the events of the start of "The Brig" episode)
Later that night, Ben tells Locke he has to kill his father (Cooper) to prove himself.
Day 89 - 12/19/04 -
morning - (The screen tells us that this is '2 days before' the Brig episode's current time). Richard gives Locke Sawyer's folder to read and suggests he get Sawyer to kill Cooper for him.
Desmond et al return to the beach and hide Naomi in Hurley's tent, agreeing not to tell Jack. They decide to get Sayid to help instead.
Day 90- 12/20/04 -
Ben tapes his message to Julia & The Others break camp-
Locke awakes in Tentville to see the Others packing up to leave. The Others leave him behind with Cooper.
He leaves with Cooper and the tape recorder and goes to The Black Rock. (Ben's taped reply to Juliet, tells her that the plans have changed and "3 teams are coming to extract Kwon..the night after tomorrow)
Sayid questions Naomi who says her copter crashed 3 days ago. (Is she confused?) Kate learns about Naomi and the radio and runs off to blab to Jack. She learns that Jack and Juliet are sharing a secret. Jack and Juliet leave, but we don't know where or 'really' why.
Having arrived at the Black Rock, Locke sits in The Black Rock reading Sawyers folder which he then burns. His still-gagged father is with him. He leaves to go get Sawyer.
5: 10pm - Kate finishes having sex with Sawyer and leaves Sawyers tent. At the same time, Sawyer goes off to pee He sees Hurley and Jin conspiring around a fire. It's dark and just past 5pm.
Locke must be a fast walker, because it was just a little after 5pm (though dark already) when he found and spoke to Sawyer. They leave leave to start their trek thru the jungle at night to the Black Rock Pirate ship.
Day 91 - 12/21/04 :
Jungle - VERY early morning - We see Sawyer and Locke still on their way to the Black Rock. The sun has come up and they're no longer traveling in the dark.
They arrive at the Black Rock. Danielle shows up, takes some dynamite and leaves. Sawyer kills Cooper. Locke gives Sawyer Juliet's tape and tells him of Ben's plan to attack the Losties in 3 days. (Guess he didn't listen to Ben's reply, but, as Mr. Puff asks, how come the tape wasn't on the reply's side?) Locke leaves to rejoin the others, carrying Coopers dead body on his back.
Other-Tent-ville2-morning -Ben's Birthday.
Richard asks Ben if he wants him to take the tape to Juliet. ben is surprised. He thought it had already been taken. He tells Richard "I recorded it yesterday, before we left."
Lostie-Beach - day time - Sawyer arrives back at the beach and shows the tape to Sayid. They look for Juliet when Kate informs them that Jack & Juliet 'left' after she told them about Naomi.
Sayid introduces Naomi to rest of Losties. Sawyer plays Juliet's taped message to the beach camp. Jack & Juliet return (from wherever) and Juliet makes Sawyer play Ben's reply. The reply says they're coming for Kwon "the night after tomorrow". Jack explains that Juliet revealed her mission to him, but he kept it secret while he decided what to do about The Others imminent raid.
Other tentville - Daytime -
Locke appears with Cooper's body, demanding that Ben tell him everything. Ben tells him about Jacob. Mikhail arrives to tell Ben at al about Naomi and her transmitter. Ben tells Mikhail, "We'll be visiting their camp day after tomorrow" (the 23rd?)
Jacob's shack -Ben takes Locke to meet Jacob. Locke hears Jacob.
Day 92- 12/22/04 -
man Behind the Curtain -Jungle Daytime again - On way back to tentville, Ben detours & takes Locke to the D.I. folks burial pit. Ben shoots Locke, who falls into the pit. Ben leaves him for dead
Losties - Jack brings Losties to an open area and reveals his, Juliet's and Danielle's plan to dynamite the others when they come.
Others - Ben returns w/out Locke, telling the others he had an accident and demanding that they speed up their attack plans, for such is Jacob's command. He tells 10 others to go immediately to attack the Losties.
Alex runs to Karl and tells him he has to warn the Losties immediately.
Losties - Karl makes it to Lostie Beach in time to warn of the attack.
Jack and most of the other survivors follow Rousseau toward the radio tower, along with Juliet and Karl.
Sayid, Jin, and Bernard stay behind to ambush the Others. When the attack comes at night, Sayid and Bernard successfully detonate their dynamite, killing 7 Others. Jin fails, however, and the three are taken hostage by Ryan, Tom, and Jason
Tom interrogates Sayid, Jin and Bernard and learns that the survivors are on their way to the radio tower.
Looking Glass Hatch - Desmond tells Charlie if a vision. Claire and Aaron are rescued, but only if other vision happens. Other vision is of Charlie drowning after he dives down to the Looking Glass hatch and disables the signal jammer Ben has there. Desmond & Charlie follow the cable to the LG Hatch. Charlie dives to it, but finds the hatch isn't flooded. 2 women are there who capture him before he can take care of business.
Bonnie radios Ben about Charlie and he discovers Juliet's betrayal but is too late to stop the ambush. Ben sends Mikhail to The Looking Glass.
Day 93- 12/23/04 -
Sawyer and Juliet turn back towards the beach to help Sayid, Jin, and Bernard.
Locke awakens in the mass grave, wounded and unable to move his legs. He is about to kill himself when he sees Walt just outside the pit, who tells him that he still has work to do.
Ben intercepts the survivors on their way to the radio tower. He tells Jack that Naomi is not who she says she is, and demands that Jack hand over her satellite phone or he will tell Tom to kill Sayid, Jin, and Bernard. Jack refuses, and hears three shots fired over Ben's radio.
Enraged, Jack beats Ben mercilessly, then takes him as a prisoner. Seeing his condition, Alex comes to check on her "father," where she is noticed by Rousseau. Ben finally introduces Alex to her real mother.
Desmond wakes up in the boat above The Looking Glass and is shot at by Mikhail. Desmond swims down to the station and manages to hide from Bonnie and Greta. Mikhail enters the station, and on orders from Ben, kills Greta and wounds Bonnie. Desmond shoots a harpoon into Mikhail who seemingly dies.
At the beach, the Others argue about their decision to shoot the ground three times instead of killing Sayid, Jin and Bernard. As Sawyer and Juliet debate how to rescue the stil-living prisioners, Hurley arrives in the DHARMA van, runs over Ryan while Sayid kills a distracted Jason. Tom surrenders, but is shot by Sawyer anyway.
Bonnie gives Charlie the code for the jamming equipment and he disables it. He then receives a transmission from Penny, who reveals that she does not know of Naomi or her boat. Suddenly Mikhail is outside the station's window holding a grenade. Charlie seals the door to the room before the grenade explodes. As the room starts to flood he writes "Not Pennys Boat" [sic] on his hand and shows it to Desmond through a window before he dies.
The survivors arrive at the radio tower and Danielle switches off her distress signal. Naomi is making a connection when Locke arrives and kills her with a knife. He pleads with Jack not to make contact and threatens to kill him, but Jack refuses and Locke is unable to pull the trigger.
A voice on the other end of the transmission informs Jack that they will be on the island shortly.
POST-ISLAND
2ΒΌ years later : April 5, 2007
Jack has left the island and has become suicidally depressed, addicted to prescription pills and alcohol. He tears an obituary from the newspaper and carries it with him. He is constantly trying to reach someone by telephone, who ends up being Kate. They eventually meet up and Jack insists that they have to return to the island and that they should have never left. However, Kate disagrees.
Jack seems to indicate that his father is still alive and Kate doesn't appear to still be on the run. She does seem to be with someone else, since she needs to leave Jack and
get back' before she is missed by someone.

The survivors arrive at the radio tower and Danielle switches off her distress signal. Naomi is making a connection when Locke arrives and kills her with a knife. He pleads with Jack not to make contact and threatens to kill him, but Jack refuses and Locke is unable to pull the trigger.
A voice on the other end of the transmission informs Jack that they will be on the island shortly.
POST-ISLAND
2ΒΌ years later : April 5, 2007
Jack has left the island and has become suicidally depressed, addicted to prescription pills and alcohol. He tears an obituary from the newspaper and carries it with him. He is constantly trying to reach someone by telephone, who ends up being Kate. They eventually meet up and Jack insists that they have to return to the island and that they should have never left. However, Kate disagrees.
Jack seems to indicate that his father is still alive and Kate doesn't appear to still be on the run. She does seem to be with someone else, since she needs to leave Jack and
get back' before she is missed by someone.
