If at the final 8, Chelsea would have made a secret pact with Alicia, then there's a big chance that Troyzan would have used his hidden immunity idol to save Kim, so in my opinion, in this scenario, there is no way Kim wins unless she picks Kat at the reward challenge when she was pissed. Because on the reward she could have strategize with Kat and eventually forcing everyone to draw rocks at the next tribal council. Jay certainly would have become a bitter juror but that's a risk Kim was willing to take at that point in the game. So If the "Alicia and Chelsea side deal" is broken because Alicia gets purple rocked, Kim clearly isn't under the radar anymore, so Troyzan gets to keeps his hidden immunity idol, therefore can keep his auction money and give it to Tarzan to repair his car back home.
