One is Anthony Wilhelm, Director of the Technology Opportunities Program for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The other is Mandy Mantzel, 23, from NC. She apparently was a semi-finalist for Tocantins, filled out the paperwork, took a physical and then got cut. Last September she actually went to Samoa, and spent time there teaching. When she came back she apparently missed being there, so if she is cast, that would mean she would get to be on Survivor and go back to Samoa which seems really awesome for her.
