The Hosts: Billy Bush of Access Hollywood fame and related to Dubya Claudia Jordan of Deal or No Deal fame and a former contestant in the Miss USA pageant The Musical Line-Up: Heidi Pratt (no kidding) Flo Rida (ditto) Kelly Rowland with the accompaniment of that David Guetta dude The Location: The Imperial Ballroom at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas Currently, Atlantis is hosting the Miss Teen USA finals, which like last year will not be broadcast on NBC... or anywhere else for that matter. It was only after Heidi's version was released that Lady Gaga rerecorded her own version for Confessions of a Shopaholic.

Look at Miss Thailand, it looks like she has one arm and a molded plastic body so they called in Charm City Cakes who proceeded to heat her up a bit, stuck on a fake plastic arm, and slathered her with Medium Human Flesh colored icing. Also, WTF is that silver hole in her neck?
