Yeah, that's how we feel too. It was a good exercise so the next time a house comes along, we'll be prepared. I still feel like this house saga
isn't over, though.
Had one daughter crying about the house. She thought it was perfect. We keep telling her another will come along, but she won't believe it.

I think its a good thing. EVERYTHING happens for a reason according to the God thread. And if your daughter is upset go have a beer with her/Obama and some
random black man and cop or the RE agent.. btw you can THANK that agent who likely told them to refuse the offer. .you don't think she wanted less
commission in these trying times now do you... its why I don't like em, don't use em and don't trust em.

what does this mean? i know what the interest rate means. is the origination fee paid upfront? what about the P&I?
