As long as the Nanny is with them I'm sure they'll be fine. I'm betting the nanny did the majority of the raising of the kids anyway. If the Nanny
gets custody or if the Nanny is employed by Katherine they'll be fine. It's a problem if she decides that she's going to fire the nanny.

Meatball, there was a report that Katherine called the nanny right away to come help with the kids.
I picked him up hitchhiking in the Nevada desert in 1992 and gave him half a tuna sandwich, 3 oreos, and a warm Hamms. He said he would leave me his estate. KIDDING NOT!!!Well, that's proof enough for me. I hereby give you Michael's estate.

There's a story about some guy insulting his nose when he was 16 or 17 and he really thought he was ugly after that. Bad case of body dysmorphic disorder.
It's a shame because he really was handsome at one point. |

There will be no guarantees that the Nanny would have contact with the children no matter which family member got custody of the kids. Nannys don't have those kinds of rights and unless there is something in Michael's will giving it to her, neither will theirs. Katherine and whoever is given legal custody should be able to fire/hire who they want. Having said that, Katherine did reach out to the Nanny as evidence of her intent.
