Are they going to be ready for when he's 18 and they are 90? Even if they were saintly parents they would be a terrible choice to take custody of these kids. A sane family would sit down and choose the most stable of Michael's siblings to take custody. But we all know it's only about the money.

I don't get why it's so wonderful that elderly grandparents who didn't do such a great job of raising their own kids, get a second chance to fuck up the next generation.
