I never realized island sun had less than 1k posts. Interesting.
And I didn't start this thread because of my post count, or anything to do with me. I did it out of respect for that which is the Tocantins ORG. |

ESTELLE WINNING HOH <3
There is no doubt Estelle would have won the game if she made the merge with everyone. The Asia team all loved her and the Europe team would've needed her as a vote. Everyone wanted Estelle in the f2 <3 >_> |

I know people may have disagreed with Joe's relatively low placement. If you thought that was bad, then maybe you aren't ready for this one......
#11 Played by: Alffmix 2nd place in the game I know people won't disagree with this one. Heh heh….just kidding. So yeah, this is where JT stands. The guy who made it all the way to the final two, who even had a schtick kept up to the bitter end. I know my thoughts on JT differ from many others, so let's get to it. Before the merge, JT was playing a pretty strong game. He seemed to get along with everyone and was very sociable with just about every Jalapao member. He was even good enough to snag the first HII clue in the game from Erinn when she was kidnapped. JT set himself up well with some close allies, namely Joe, Taj, and Sydney. When the tribes merged, though, JT sort of went on cruise control. He really didn't seem to change his game for the worse or better from than point forward. He had his allies and the majority with Jalapao, and unless a major shake-up happened, he was destined for the end-game because of how well he did before the merge. Well, that shake-up came when his closest ally, Joe, was booted at the final nine. If he wanted to have a shot at making it to the final four, JT needed to recover his game, and quickly. From what I saw in PMs and confessionals the night Joe was booted, JT didn't seem to have a clear plan. Meanwhile, Taj and Sydney were working Brendan over as much as possible, and it ended up working. They even promised him final three, while from my perspective, JT let it happen. He knew they were flipping Brendan back, but he wasn't exactly sure how until later. JT's game was saved as Brendan helped his side boot Tyson, and then that alliance pagonged Stephen, Erinn, and Sandy. Meanwhile, JT had virtual sex with Brendan, an act which I still can't believe I read in PMs. It was disturbing, but it was also how they connected, I guess. Because of this cybering, Brendan saved JT at the final four. JT repaid him by winning immunity at the final three and taking Taj to the final two. I love it. From there, JT lost to Taj in a 4-3 vote. Taj's big selling point? Pointing out that it was because of her, not JT, that Brendan flipped back to their alliance to boot Tyson. Alffmix created a southern schtick with JT, but it annoyed several other players. He was also painfully transparent at times, as many people claimed, but had strong enough allies where he couldn't be attacked for a long time. I just think JT doesn't make the top half of this ranking because he really did go on cruise control for most of the game. I'm not saying he didn't play a great social game, because he did. He made friends easily and got people to trust him quickly. He just didn't have any game-changing moments credited to his name. He relied heavily on his social relationships, and while that is a very good thing, he didn't quite back it up enough with strong strategic moves, which is why Taj was able to beat him in the final two. |

OMG EPIC FAIL!
And Taj made one more move than I did and it was to get Brendan at F8. I don't think she made any more that really backed up her FTC, but that was a good one, sure. |
