At a film festival I saw a short film from Germany (where else?) called Piggies. It's about a middle-aged guy who lives with his elderly mother, who has dementia. The son is in his bedroom, screwing another guy in the ass, when the old, confused mother walks into the room and starts watching them. The son isn't bothered, since the mother doesn't appear to realize what's going on, but his fuckbuddy is understandbly disturbed by her presence. So the son pulls out and puts the mother in another room. They go back to fucking, but the mother keeps coming back for no apparent reason, and the son keeps going to greater and greater lengths to keep her out of the room. Finally, he ties her to chair - and when he's done, the condom that was on his dick is sticking out of his mother's mouth.

Then he goes back to fucking the other guy, when there's a knock on the bedroom door. He pulls out for about the eleventh time, and opens the door, and a bunch of pig-shaped wind-up toys are at the door.
