It is a masterpiece in every sense of the word (although Finding Nemo, Monsters, Inc., Up, and Wall-E are too ^_^). It's pure perfection. i could watch it ovah and ovah again.

Posts: 217 (06/26/09 3:06 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I don't get the Ratatouille love so much - I enjoyed it all the way through, but it wasn't funny enough to make up for the lack of heartwarming sad bits (the best Pixar films are the ones where I almost cry at one scene <3) Finding Nemownage, pls. 'Up' suffers like Wall-E from being a bit lame as soon as they arrive in the destination that makes up the bulk of the movie (and it bugged me that the old explorer was fixated on finding a random bird in order to prove he wasn't crazy, when he could have just shown them the talking dog technology which would have made him a respected zillionaire :/)

The concept kind of turned me off when I first saw the previews, but it was Pixar so I of course saw it anyway and I LOVED it. It was just brilliance and amazingness the whole way through. Very funny, and very pleasing to the eyes. It has a great frenchish soundtrack that goes really well with it. The concept is wierd as fuck but they made it work totally.

The story was really phenomenal and incredibly creative. But, like most Pixar movies, it was also very, very funny as well. This movie truly was a perfect blend of everything that you want in a movie, heck there was even some action. It literally had everything. And I will admit to t.earing up a couple times too. It should get best movie consideration, especially now that it's been lengthened to 10 movies. By far one of the best movies I have seen in years. I really can't stress how great this movie is, and if you haven't seen it, GO SEE IT.

Not only is this my favorite Pixar movie, but it is also in my Top 5, maybe Top 3 movies of all time. This is also the movie that really put Pixar on the radar. I remember it was kind of a phenomenon when it first came out. EVERYONE saw it. People went out to buy fish like Dory and Nemo (even though the movie clearly states fish do not want that), but that is just how good it was. Everyone wanted a Dory in their fishtank. Dory was absolutely hilarious the entire movie. The story was so whimsical and very well done. This movie is just perfection with the music, the many different characters (even in the fish tank), the colors... just beautiful. And it has such a good message and it was really touching at the end. I totally almost cried when Marvin left Dory behind . I don't know what else to say, it's just an absolute classic and was perfect from beginning to end. I could watch this movie over and over (and I have) and never get sick of it. I don't know if Pixar will ever be able to beat it, but I must say they came close with Up.

Finding Nemo <333 I remember grade 12 art class, they just kept playing it over and over and over. Talk about overkill. Still awesome though. ^_^ Up is superb as well. In the grand scheme of things.
