There was about 50ish people, but I was there reaaaalllllly early. It was nice, we just were at the local CBS station, and got 2 minutes to do our audition. Im nervouussssssss....I wonder how soon they call, if they call.

Reply Quote More Recent Posts	i'm back. i thought there would be more people there. i was number 045. not even fitty peeps as of 2:40 p.m. oh well. i thought it was pretty cool how they have the camera on you with the cbs logo in the back. felt weird to deliver my shpiel with people looking at you and kids throwing their balls into the tent which was a big distraction because they kept doing it while i was talking. grrrrrr.

I'm shocked they can still find people who actually want to be trapped in the camera-house all summer with other strangers recruited in large part for their trashiness-factor, but I suppose Diane's "it beats living in my car" perspective really put a new twist on that one for me.

Unfortunately with the way they are going they are going to get people who study past games and determine what is good and bad based on that, and end up not playing their own natural game. We then have people over-strategising someone elses game they saw in past shows, which just pisses off everyone else.

Then all that strategy and shit won't matter. It's really about getting in with the right people and maintaining those relationships.
