To my surprise on page 136, both Mike Boogie and Lonnie Moore are listed as two of the hottest bachelors. I would scan the page into my computer if I wanted to, but I'm not going to... especially when Mike Booger is involved with the word "hottest"...

We might hate Boogie but him and his partner are pretty damn successful in their restaurants and clubs, if you read PerezH you'll always see their places mentioned as a place a celeb was at or whatever. Their other restaurant Geisha House was shown in Oceans 13, so in a career aspect and money I guess they'd be a good catch. So thats where their placements are probably from. On looks and personality they score a zero.

I'm sure they are constantly feeding People all sort of gossipy shit about which Hollywood cokeslut passed out at their restaurant the night before so they can get free pub in the magazine and People appreciates that gossip so they give back to Boogie and Lonnie with this bullshit about them being hot bachelors.
