It doesn't matter where the fuck they film at this point; it'll still have degenerated into desperate and pathetic middle aged women having repetitive fights with each other that we've all heard before in some incarnation - and that most of their daughters would probably be too mature to have. This spin-off could be the Real Housewives of Buttfuck, Indiana for all I care at this point. Next trick, Bravo.

That's what it feels like. What are they going to do, start running two at once? That just makes the network look like a joke. "TUESDAY: An ALL NEW Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! WEDNESDAY: An ALL NEW Real Housewives of some other Californian town! THURSDAY: An ALL NEW Real Housewives of yet another notoriously wealthy area!" et. al. I've always been a fan, but come on. I just fear that Bravo is going to go the VH1 route of recycling the same tired shit over and over again way past its expiration date.

Yes, it'a reality and that's different (not really) but no one is forcing you to watch all of them. I'd rather they fill up their schedule with original programming than to see so many repeats. Maybe you should be more selective in your viewing. Tired of it? Don't watch it. Easy enough.

Why are they going to Beverly Hills?! eta - I was looking forward to D.C. since the political atmosphere would bring a new twist to it. Posts: 27008 07/01/10 02:09 PM More Recent Posts	I am looking forward to this one, and to DC. Then again, the only housewife show I can stomach (so far) is NY. I have watched a few episodes of NJ, AT, and OC but they bore me silly. Doing two "company town" shows could be interesting. I've spent a lot of time in DC and in Beverly Hills, and even those who aren't "connected" (to showbiz or politics) are, in a way. So, two powerful cities coming up, and I hope some of that flavor seeps into the show, in spite of the women they cast. I think Beverly Hills is quite different from OC. Sure they are close, and they probably even share a few plastic surgeons, but the vibe is absolutely not the same. Will it be disappointing? Magic 8 balls says, "probably." Still, I can't stand the complete trash on OC, AT, or NJ so I am...hopeful. I do think Texas should be next, or Savannah (but I doubt they would get anyone from old families, and that Savannah would be what I want to see.) Seattle has a lot of .com people, but I think their healthFUL mellow might be too boring for the franchise. DC and BH are good choices.
