the puzzle almost looks like an adult version of Perfection.. or even that child's toy where you fit the shapes in the holes. That shouldn't be too
tough.
ETA: Taj looks like the only one laden down with equipment. Did she just come back from EI or is EI no more? |

I wonder if that "puzzle" already on their table is the base of something three-dimensional they're going to have to put together. Just putting
flat pieces in the cut-out holes doesn't seem terribly challenging.
I don't think we know anything about JT being "thick as a plank". He's not a puzzle #%$%$#*, but he's been as good as anyone. Also, if it's something you put together, rather than something you figure out like a math equation or a word jumble, that's sort of a different set of skills. |

He did have a much much longer time to dechipher that math puzzle though, That could be considered "thick as a plank" lol. And it wasn't as if
the math problem was difficult or something, so I think we can infer that he is probably the weakest at puzzles. That being said, I still think he will win
lol.

Yeah, but that was because he was trying to use actual arithmetic order of operations, rather than MB math.

TDT think JT will win the final four ic.

I think JT will win the rest of the challenges only because a challenge run was mentioned during Tyson's boot episode. And we shouldn't discount JT for
being 'thick as a plank'.. although he's a cattle farmer, he does have a university degree in business administration ;)

It looks like they have to navigate all 8 legs. This is not going to be easy. By the time JT has made it through he'll be at least 2 legs up. The board
makes it looks like a straight visual puzzle. I think he wins this before anyone else even starts the puzzle.
He'd probably win even the mostly balancy final IC. He'd certainly win a strength/concentration/will power IC. Stephen might pull out a lego/building block final challenge as we had in Gabon. ...I think he wins both and since he can win vs anyone takes Stephen to the F2. |

Are we sure JT win ic or are we guessing.

crocophile wrote:I agree with croc. JT is going to have a huge lead getting to the puzzle portion. Stephen did have a great strategy for the equation challenge but this one is a lot different. As to final IC. Most likely an endurance/will power challenge as stated by croc. And in the last one like this none of the three others came close to JT's finish. Hell even Coach beat them!! |

I don't think that there is necessarily an endurance/willpower Final IC, even if it's as small as the one in Micronesia. They might be starting a new
trend with Gabon of the Final IC being more focused on accomplishing a task.

Which would suck, imo. But the fact that they just had an endurance IC makes me think you could be correct. I just really like it coming down to straight-up
willpower to see who gets to choose their opponent.
Guys, I think the spider challenge may actually be at F3, and there's just an extra table and dreamteamer there to throw us off. |

Time out |

This could get tricky...looks like JT and Taj have passed each other in one of the legs. Definitely would cause a slow down trying to maneuver around folks, or
worse yet, to get stuck. The winner may be the one who has the least number of encounters with folks in the spider legs.
Also, Taj appears to have 3/4 bags thrown on the puzzle platform. Can't tell how many for sure looking at the clip sequence. Looks like she's lost her bandana along the way, too, and is the last person to retrieve her bag from that station.
