I held off on reporting this until it was actually in my hands, but yes, the Season 5 soundtrack is out on CD, a limited edition copy of 1000 printings (though
to be fair, there's probably less than 1000 potential buyers)

Nice find! I asked David Michael Frank (the composer) about this a while back but received no reply.
The problem I had with the music from this season was that most of the songs just seemed like a variation of the main Mole theme. Listening to the samples on that site, it appears that there were so many songs that went unused! Correct me if I'm wrong on this one. |

I just ordered a copy!! I'm so excited, the music was awesome and it brings back memories of the mole
 Too bad ABC replaced it with stupid shows which
will be off the air sooner then the Mole. ABC is lame as F&^%

I think it's because the Mole music was only composed by one person, The Amazing Race is composed of lots of composers and therefore CBS owns the right to
all the music. That's what I've been told from many of the composers who write the show. They're all frustrated because they said they get tons of
requests from fans, but can't do anything at all bc it's up to CBS!
Lets not bug CBS bc they might take Amazing Race off the air if we do But I've been waiting since 2001 for an Amazing Race soundtrack!
