I enjoyed all three episodes last night, a lot. Can't wait to rewatch all three.

Season 3 definitely took on a different tone than season 1 and season 2 (actually every season has felt uniquely different, which is cool) and there were times when I wasn't sure where they were going, but by the end of the season, I had accepted the wackiness. The Chang storyline was something that hadn't worked all year, but somehow by framing it as a heist episode, the ridiculousness of the situation actually worked. The final episode suffered a bit from having to juggle so many endings but the final montage was a thing of beauty, and seeing #sixseasonsandamovie at the end definitely got to me. It would have worked as a series finale. So even though I would have liked some more time for Jeff vs Alan (love Rob Corddry), Troy and John Goodman, and Abed's mental breakdown, I understand that the writers were writing from a place where they didn't know if the show was going to end or not, so they were trying to do as much as possible. Not all of it worked perfectly, but damn if there wasn't some great stuff in that episode.

Also, it has been hinted at a few times before that Britta had been sexually assaulted by someone in a dinosaur costume before, but damn, that was deep.

Looking forward to season 4. It's supposed to be Summer in Harmon's 4 season plan and like every season, will take on a new tone. I just hope we get 22 full episodes and that Dan Harmon is back. I feel more confident about the latter than the former, though.
