Definitely, Erinn has her earrings. At the least, she's managed to get her hands on a brush. Look back at the promos from last week, she's been walking around with a lot of tangles and lumps.

Who knows with him though, he may just have been demonstrating how he got a gigantic super deadly snake not to attack him.

My only problem with the Ben scream being frustration is that it occurs in the seemingly same spot as the other shots of him kissing his own fingers and vowing someone was "over." I guess they could have returned him to that spot by the river for another confession though. Does the lighting indicate it could be about the same time of day as the first two Ben appearances in the clip? Above is one shot each of Ben from each time he appeared in the promo.
