Wait, wait. Ayla Brown should've made it into the top 12? This girl was the definition of overpimped and sucky. Wasn't she the hack that sang
Unwritten? She was horrible and unmemorable.
And Melissa was hardly the only one to screw up her lyrics in that week. She had to change her song, and never got the words down. So what? She still kicked ass on multiple occasions, and defeated the pimped loser Ayla. Go back and listen to What About Love. It was clearly the best iTunes song on that whole lot. And Jason Castro was popular. He coasted through because of his hardcore fans and immense talent with the guitar. He was unique and a genuinely likeable guy. The judges NEVER understood that. See: that horrible week where Paula revealed she reads scripted criticisms of the contestants. And Latoya was hardly the chosen diva. Fantasia was the only girl the judges tongue-bathed week after week. Latoya had to sing her heart out to get where she got, which still fell short of the second place spot she deserved. Watch All By Myself and Don't Rain on My Parade. She was so good, and the judges hardly chose her as the diva. |

Syesha is a perfect example last season. She gave some great performances, "Proud Mary", "One Rock An Roll Too Many", "Fever" and
some others, that were infinitely better then things Castro, Elderly looking Brooke, and DemonPigletChild were spewing out, but she got ripped apart like every
week.
Then the abortion of a song choice at F3, oh lord. JHud was also screwed quite the same way back in Season Three. |

Ricky Bradday. Miles better than Mike Sarver, but didn't have the "down home on the oil rig" backstory for Middle America to eat up.

Of course, I don't find the stoner guys in "Knocked Up" or "Pineapple Express" likable, either. More sad and pathetic... Watch All By Myself and Don't Rain on My Parade. "Don't Rain on My Parade" was actually ghastly, in that the song is all about a quirky, ballsy personality. And then there was also the fact that she completely screwed up the rhythm of the patter from beginning to end. |

If you say so, I guess it shall be. Latoya was horrible. Which is exactly why everyone hated her and loved when she left in fourth place...Oh wait....
And say what you want about Castro, but you never mentioned Paula's comment. How could you not call that screwing over a contestant? |

Alexandria Lushington- She was young, fresh and original but nobody knew who the hell she was.
 The producers never showed her until her debut
performance. She was SOOOOOOOOOOOO robbed.
Jasmine Murray- The producers chose to shove Lil down our throats like she was the chosen one and also they screwed Jasmine with the ridiculous Top 13 twist. If it was a Top 12, Jorge would have definitely went out 12th and Jasmine would have made it further and gained momentum. Ugh. |

Lord knows Serena and I don't usually agree, but I loved Alexandria as well. She was given not much of a shot at all, and she was really great and had a

She was given great remarks, heralded as one who could make it really far, if not all the way, was asked to come back for the wild card show and then was CUT from even getting to perform that night. BULLSHIT. They knew would disrupt their plans. No one was fucked over more. |
