Anyway, based on the solos tonight they got it right.
Asuka's solo in particular was like she was begging to be eliminated. Hip swivels, hand on the back of your head, more hip swivels, oh look she's putting her hand on the back of her head again. How did Lacey, Anya and Chelsie all manage to get by without looking this weak? I guess Anya was the only one who had to dance for her life much but she lasted until week five dammit.
Also agreed with the jidges on Caitlin's solo being the strongest, but she's so fluid and graceful I fear krump would be unkind to her.
So far this season I'd say the eliminations have all been right - except for Maxim. I probably would have cut Jonathan or Phillip if they'd been bottom three that week - and Kupono based on who was.
Loved the opening number, Jeanine splashing in the water was fierce. So is Brandon. I've like him since last year and with the Dave Scott stuff on Wednesday and what he did in the group number he's impressed me even more.
