I watched Daniella's intro video at Bravo.com last night and apparently she graduated at the front of her class and her work was selected to be shown at some sort of Royal exhibit of some sorts. I don't know anything about the school she went to or if the exhibit was a big deal or not but giving her the benefit of the doubt I would say she's probably one of the better students to come out of fashion school. What was also interesting was that she described her work as "Androgynous" with a "Rock-N-Roll" edge. Her final collection on the Fashion Show definitely fit that description but during the season she seemed to be struggling to stay within that realm. A few times the judges and Reek-O accused her of designing boring clothes for old ladies. Anyway, I like her and I hope she goes far. Just once I'd like to see any designer from either show to turn into a really big deal. Even the Project Runway winners don't seem to be very highly regarded so I don't see how wining that show is THAT much better than winning this show.
