She feels good. She is in the middle of doing 30 interviews today, she is so busy! But, she is fine, she is glad she got the chance to be on the show and she is looking forward to all of the fun opportunities that she is going to have because of the show.
Her publicist is trying to get her to understand the enormous amount of email, phone calls, mail, etc that has poured in from all over the country. She really has no idea how many fans she actually has! I have told her about this board.
She said that she thought that she was kind of flying under the radar, but apparently not as much as she thought. She said, "Hell, I guess I drove them crazy. Shit, I drive myself crazy!" hahaha
But, she is in good spirits and loves the outpouring of support. She really is having a ball with all of the attention and people she's getting to meet. She really is a people person!
She also wants to use this opportunity to help raise money for St. Jude's Cancer Research Center for children with cancer....that is her dream. To build a facility near the hospital for the families of children that have to stay at the hospital for long periods of time. A kind of "haven" to get away from the hospital settings, etc...maybe have a little fun. She is 100% serious when she says that she had plans to donate her entire winnings to St. Judes.
I am proud of her no matter what. I'm glad she made the show and is having so much fun.
I'm really excited because I just got invited to go to New York for the Survivor Finale on May 10...the day after my birthday! So, all of our family and friends are booking a flight together and going up there for 5 days to celebrate and just have a great time all around :)
If you want to send her a note or tell her what a fan of hers you are, do it here. I'll forward them all on to her today.
Thanks to everyone for welcoming me here during her run!
xoxo,
Jenn
