If so, my guess the title refers to Sierra and her sickness, no-one wants to get strep out there and if she's not improving they could see her as still contagious and thus infecting the whole tribe. Other than that...I got nothing.

Seriously, the one we've seen so far who isn't even trying to fit in is Sandy. Unless someone gets all whiny next episode. I think the only hint of that we got was maybe Stephen. But, if it's in the title it won't happen. The opposite will.

If the "meanwhile" is accurate, it would have to be the immunity idol Sierra didn't bother to look for, right, which will still be good whenever her tribe goes to tribal council? Sandy's should have expired unfound. (Does she know that?) What is "terribly" wrong, anyways? Worst case should be that you get caught by your tribemates, and at least some of them will respect the argument that you got the clue handed to you, you had to look for it. "Terribly" would be like it's hidden in a crocodile den, and you lose a limb.

Sandy's should have expired unfound. (Does she know that?) Per the note in the pot the HIIs are only good for the tribe's first TC. Hopefully Sandy knows not to keep looking for it. If it's two castaways then it's probably the two sent to exile dune and given the choice of the two eggs. Do they agree to share, without a thought of how they could actually do that?
