Here are some great questions, please use 80% of them:

* Why do you think all-female teams usually do poorly on the race?
* What do you feel about being edited as "Luke's friends" so far instead of as individuals?
* When did you learn of the Mel/Mike + Preston/Jen + Amanda/Kris alliance and was the alliance with Margie/Luke + Tammy/Victor a reaction to this?
* Do you like all the twists such as the U-Turn/Yield or would you rather it go back to the TAR1-4 game where your success was entirely in your own hands?
* Which countries were you disappointed to not get to visit?
* Were there any tasks you would refuse to do (e.g. head-shaving)?
* If you could change one thing about your season's race, what would it have been?
* Which early eliminated racers would you have liked to see last longer and why?

TO JAIME:
* As an animal lover, what pets do you have? And are there any animal charities you support that we should know about?
* If Cara was unable to run the race with you, who else would you have applied with?
* Why do you not have your own website since I would happily make one?

TO CARA:
* When (and why) did you decide to to join Jaime in becoming a redhead?
* How much of the show did you watch before running the race?

You should just ask them as many questions you can tonight without interrupting your enjoyable dining experience then save the rest for whenever it is convenient (particularly ask why Jaime has no website and whether she would like one, and/or her opinions on the British accent, thanks!)
