As for the music, all we heard was Danielle's music box playing for a few seconds. Would that count as music? I kinda think it should. And last scene should probably be Unable to determine. Since they were in a cave & we were unable to determine. We don't know how long it took Locke to find & bring that vine to the hole for Ben. It could still be day or it could be night or even sunset.

But that's not all Ben said - he also said he knew it (that Locke wouldn't stay dead? that he'd live again?) and the whole "believing is one thing/seeing is another" - references to Locke's death... and his present state of not dead. If we don't know it's night time when it's dark out and then someone is inside, then how do we know it's the ocean just because it's water and there were a bunch of boats tied up? Why are assumtions only okay sometimes?

I can't believe how bad I did this week. I should have known Ben would talk about Locke's death first since we saw Locke standing over Ben last week. Cindi, Penny's boat is probably docked in a harbor but it's still considered the ocean since it's saltwater. They were at the same dock where Kate, Jack, Sun were when Ben showed up wet & beaten. That was in LA. Don't think there are any rivers in LA. Are there?

Ugh... time travel wasn't mentioned but Frank (I think) said "the rest of your friends are 30 years ago". Definitely nothing like the conversation between Hurley and Miles last week. But does that comment by Frank count as specifically talking about time travel? sigh I'd call that a yes

We definitely heard music from the music box...and I think Locke's death was referenced. Also, I would consider Frank's statements to be about time travel...did the question ask if the words time travel would be stated or if time traveling would be mentioned? I forget.

I did notice a scene where Charles W-I-D-M-O-R-E () made a "ha" sound but I don't believe he laughed. It was more of a smirk. Also, we didn't see little Charlie go down the stairs so we have no way of knowing if he ran or not. It wouldn't count any way. As far as Desmond, we see him take a couple of steps going fast enough to knock Ben off of his feet so I think that would count as running. Also, one of Ilana's buddies ran on the beach near the end. He actually ran again but that would only count as 1 since it was the same character. So, we saw at least 2 people run, IMO.

Plus, it's unlikely he casually strolled over to Ben holding a gun on his wife THEN exploded from a stroll to a violent tackle and pummeling. My thought on the ocean thing. And bear with me if this as been discussed, but the previous pages won't load for some reason. Did we ever see Locke IN the water? Riding across shouldn't count, since that is ON the water, not in it. And i am 95% sure that little Alex laughed on the swings.
