ALOLZ! I'd never buy Themo's book. I bet he only sold like 20 copies, 19 being in Dwiebe's garage on a shelf like Malcolm's dad and his c.d. in Kingston. What's up with all the Porkers on KI? All these Portuguese kids trying to break into the Kanadian music scene. Furtado, Sean Desmond, Danny Fernandes, Ashley Leitao, and on and on. The Piggies are going to crash and burn. Nobody remembers them. Sebastian is better off getting into acting and doing Degrassi or the Kanadian cop dramas that get shipped to the states.

I know Degrassi The Next Generation has been on since I was still in high school, so I looked it up and it has 9 seasons already, that's crazy. But the original Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High from the 90s was superior in every way. I could never really get into the Next Generation cause it felt not the same. Emma was my favourite character when I did watch TNG years ago. I have no idea if she is still on the show. She's the best actor out of all of them. They're nearing the end of season 8 on MTV (they didn't start with season 1; something like 3 or 4). As of the end of season 8, Emma was still on. Don't know about season 9.

There was all kinds of controversy about the episodes where Manny gets an abortion. They wouldn't show the two episodes in the U.S. b/c of it and so they just skipped them. Fans were pissed b/c they wanted to see the episodes but it was apparently that big of a moral issue. I was shocked, I was like wtf, uptight Americans, lol. Also Miki Emma sucks and she's a shitty actress. I don't watch it much anymore but I always hated Emma. Her character has been an idiot from Day 1. I agree about Shenae Grimes though, she sucks too and her storylines are all over the place and dumb to boot. I always liked Manny (Cassie Steele) and Paige (Lauren Collins) for the females on the show. They brought in some other good actresses in the later seasons too, Nina Dobrev (Mia) and the girl who plays Jane. Emma sucks ass, I hate her as the main character. She's only useful b/c she has a good family story with Snake and Spike. Back on topic though, Miki I have no idea why a publishing company even bothered to publish a book about Theo. I agree it will probably sell like 20 copies. Who would buy it? I wouldn't even buy books about most of my favourite singers. I only own U2 by U2.

LOLZ @ the abortion eppies getting canned in the states. How pathetic. I remember the abortion eppie from the old Skool Degrassi where the twin beasts got one and there was a stink back then about it. I didn't even know Manny got an abortion. I seriously do not follow this show at all. I watch in spurts here and there. Kinda wish I did now. I think Emma is cute. I always thought she was a good actress but if you say she sucks, then I'll take your word for it. Like I said, I'm not an avid watcher so my opinion is based on what I've seen. I just liked her look and attitude and the way she did her character in some scenes. She's a cutie pie. I do love Lauren Collins too, she's great. Shanae sucks tits, can't believe that bitch is the biggest star from that cast. I watched an eppie the other day on Much Music and it had some football player who's gae but was trying to date some girl in the park then this other ugly fuggo ass gae guy comes up to him in a forest and tries to make out with him. Needless to say, I kinda barfed cause the guy is seriously fug and I always find something cute in everyone I meet but he was just weird looking and there was no chemistry.. They are now repeating storylines with the gae thing. They had Marco's character who got hazed in a gae bash and came out to his family and had that boyfriend. They are running out of storylines. Marco >>>>>>>>>>>new queer football guy. Oh and I just looked up the cast and Emma has been the longest standing character! Bitch has been in 161 episodes. <333 I still like her. Miriam <3 I don't buy books from musical acts too. I don't like reading at all. I struggled to read textbooks in high school and college, why am I going to read about anyone for? Please. Audio books only and I download those on Demonoid. I can't believe Theo even got a publishing deal. I'm guessing none of them at the publishing company ever watched Idol and didn't know they are all failures. If he can't move c.d.'s, what makes them think he's gonna ship out books? Dumbasses.

Her mom is Spike too so that helps. I haven't watched it in a while but I know most of what's gone on and I've watched some of the newer episodes. It's pretty well all new characters now though so I'm not as into it anymore.

Some nerdy girl with glasses seems to be the main character now. I watched a part of another eppie where she smuggled a dildo to school and her conservative mom found it. She was in a toilet stall with it and it vibrated or something. Lame storylines. I thought Emma was one of the main characters but not the main one. She's one of the other character's (Darcy) little sister. I forgot about The N. I have that in my house, but only basic cable on the TV in my room, so I only watch it on MTV. I don't think there are any real main characters. Half the cast is usually missing from an episode. Can the thread be renamed Canadian Idol 7: The Season of Degrassi?

As for Theo's book, the same company put out the one on Hedley as well. Now they're following some to college and doing high school episodes with all these newbs. They could have just ended it and made another spin off in 5-10 years.
