It's not a black and white situation, is it?
And damn those Gazans for electing Hamas. What the HELL were they thinking? |

Hamas is feeding and clothing them. I probably would have voted for Hamas too if I couldn't feed my children. Unfortunately for these people, they're
now enjoying the bitter with the sweet.
In fact, part of the difficulty the Israelis are having is that many members of Hamas don't have militaristic functions, but rather altruistic community functions. I think some of the school teachers are technically 'Hamas', although I do not know how one gets that distinction. Because Israel has either not bothered or fail to obtain any available intel, it's difficult to recognize aggressors. Thus, the number of civilian deaths. I sympathize for Israel's situation, but they don't seem to want to get on top of the problem. They're content with treating this like a 20th century war. |

Riliss never seems to be the type who particularly cared about anyone but himself. If anything, he seems to be someone who is easily willing to join
sciencelogy if it suits his agenda.
That is precisely the vibe I'm getting from him. |

PFC Menchanca and PFC Tucker were tortured...real torture...heads cut off and booby trapped. And you never remember them. this is Al Aqaida dragging them down the road
The two victims, Kristian Menchaca and Thomas Tucker, were members of the 101st Airborne division abducted by al Qaeda in Iraq. A third soldier died in the attack. Their bodies were later recovered not far from where they had been kidnapped. The US military now says that their corpses were found tied together with a bomb between them. Three roadside bombs were planted around the bodies. The bodies had been decapitated. The video bears the logo of al Qaeda in Iraq. Contrary to reports by al Qaeda, the video appears to show that the two soldiers were already dead before at least one of them was beheaded. After a brief introdcuction with an image and the voice of Osama bin Laden, the video shows the two dead soldiers lying on a bridge. Both are already
dead. One of the men has already been beheaded, the other man is dead. An al Qaeda member holds the severed head of one of the dead
soldiers. One of the two soldiers appear to have been shot, the other has multiply wounds but appears to have also been hit by an explosive. The video
also blurs out one of the dead men's genitels

They feel humiliated and they lash out like that. If my religion was consistently proven to fail, and I mean, completely fail - vis-a-vis the West, I'd feel pretty humiliated too. That said - We, in the West, should keep on staying liberal, defending liberalism (by liberalism, I'm talking small 'l' liberal, democratic liberalism). That means not torturing people. |
