In the line up headed off to somewhere, they do have their torches. When they've had a night challenge in the past, do they carry the torches? Or only for tribal council? If everyone wanders out of the maze like Matty, they could manage to not have an immunity winner. Except if that happened, I think they would start over, and just not show us the first effort.

They have had immunity challenges at or just before TC, so they do have their torches with them. I personally would love to see this situation happen again, no one is able to talk about the outcome of an immunity challenge. They have to play out all possible outcomes before they head to tribal, and that can ruin alliances with the 'what if' scenarios being played out at camp.
