When did saying "Trick or Treat!" become optional??? And say "Thank You", you ungrateful little brats. Our neighborhood has the rep for "best candy" so we get shclumps for all over town and from the county - egads. Learn some manners you pushy brats - iffin I'm giving out Butterfingers, Snickers, Crunch, and other good shit - appreciate! Please live blog your trick or treating bad behavior here - I wanna know if this is a nationwide rudeness epidemic! DING DONG! Gotta run - probably another Spiderman or Disney Princess!

The husband is out with the kids right now. They are well trained to say trick or treat and Thank You when they get candy.

Everyone said "Trick or Treat" and "Thank you" though, candace. 1 Batman (cutest kid ever, first trick or treat that he was walking/tlking on his own) 1 Spiderman 4 Princess/Fairy types 1 Girl in 50's dress (poodle skirt was awesome) 1 SCREAM masked kid 4 misc. others that I can't remember they were so boring.

Pisses me off. I just had 2 that yelled "TRICK OR TREAT" really loud and I clapped and told them they were the best trick or treaters all night. They got a big kick out of it. Starting to see lots of HSM. Sharpay and Gabrielle seem popular.

It was a pretty cute little mummy costume and couldn't have cost more than a buck (including the duck tape). She tried to walk into my house. Oh the innocence.

Some of them were playing that painfully shy game when their parents said "Say hi. Say trick or treat". Not so shy they weren't face first in the bowl of candy. Some parents had to tell their kids to say thank you. And there were only just a couple who were incredibly polite. I told them to take more candy.

My kid is out on probably his last night, he almost didn't go since he thought he was too old (11!). Plus he has a party to go to tomorrow night.
