So far they are only celebrating with wine in their old buffs. As Miss Rabbitt posted in the PBP thread this web clue may be related to an IIC: The castaways decide to make a shocking sacrifice that many regret. ... is it the standard Survivor choice.... "participate in IIC or partake in the feast". Several choose to participate, only to later be knocked out of the running and regret not choosing the feast? .... But i just wanted to add in here since the pic is here that all the survivors are present at this moment even though they're not shown in the screen cap.They are (from left to right) back row: Corinne, Suzie, Sugar, Crystal, Charlie, Bob & Kenny front row: Marcus, Matty & Randy

Perhaps (and this is mostly just wild speculation on my part)...once it's time for (what every thinks is) the first individual IC, there's an option to just sit out and chow down (as we've seen before)...the Fang members, being in the minority and feeling very vulnerable, all decide to participate while the vast majority of Kota, feeling safe, sits out. And then: SURPRISE! You haven't merged, and you're still playing for tribal immunity! Only those who chose to participate are allowed to compete in the challenge. With the numbers so lopsided, Fang easily wins. Kota heads to TC, and soon thereafter, Susie gets to know Kelly. I'm probably wrong, since it would take a ton of clever manipulation on production's part to keep the survivors from figuring out such a twist, but what the hell? With what little information on the challenge we have so far, it's fun to speculate.

Sugar is holding a glass in her left hand, so Matty can't be holding it... there is green space (trees) between Matty's and Sugar's hands. Are most of them closing their eyes? Is that why they are leading each other? Marcus' may be open, and Randy seems to looking at Marcus at one point...Corinne's are at some point... but does the group in general seem to be the-blind-leading-the-blind?

I've been watching and re-watching the slo-mo vid of it and for the most part, they do seem to have their eyes shut. Randy's in front but he's not leading anyone. Bob has his arm around Kenny and they are behind Randy (but not touching him) Matty is in front holding onto Crystal's hand and leading her. Charlie (who is between Crystal and Bob) has his arm reaching out to Matty's right arm, although it's unclear whether he's actually making contact. Marcus is in front holding on to Sugar's hand AND Suzie's hand, leading them. Suzie is holding onto Corinne's hand. At some point, Corinne opens her eyes, to her complete happy? surprise? And, yep, The King is making physical contact with exactly zero others. P.S. Miss Rabbit, shouldn't you colour co-ordinate Charlie and Bob, linkage is visible :)

So if the NuNuFang consists ONLY of three Old Kotas - Corrine, Charlie and Sugar - and they lose - wouldn't it make sense that they vote off the only remaining Fang? If indeed they are only four...which would be Super Challenge Man Matty? Was the last episode a sort of farewell to him? I love that this is so confusing once again...Imagine how they must feel!!!

They took the cumulative time of each tribe staying under water. The tribe with the longest time would win immunity.

Could it be something hanging that they are attached to somehow? Interesting that we don't see either right hand. Could it be some sort of collective balancing/holding/whatever they're doing, each tribe has to balance or keep something in the air, but they can shift the effort amongst themselves? (Although that's kinda similar to the snake-running one...)
