When she grabbed that hammer a second time, I was afraid she was gonna crush her pill on the bathroom floor! I still love O'Hara and her relationship with Jackie.

It's way over the top, but I think that's why I like it. I don't take it too seriously. I've grown to really enjoy watching a lot of the characters (Jackie, O'Hara who I love, Coop, and Mohammed) and that's all I need to enjoy it. The only flaw the show has that really bothers me is how fast the episodes go by. It really feels like the show is only 10 or 15 minutes long, even though it's 30 with no commercial breaks. In order for it to be an hour, though, the show would need more structure. As it is, I think the episodes run less like a structured show and more like a quick glimpse into Jackie's life, and I'm cool with that. Plus, I think Edie's acting is incredible. I watch her play Jackie and can't even remember what Carmella was like.. she's so good at bringing her characters to life.

I can see how coworkers can not know shit about each other personally, but that is always accompanied by disinterest. These people really like each other and yet know nothing?

Ted Danson as Becker still reminded me of Sam Malone...anything Kelsey Grammer does now still reminds me of Frasier....so on and so on...Edie really is a different person now. Great acting. The only thing I would change is Jackies home life...I just dont see her with that guy and having those kids...but I have grown more used to them together, in the beginning I totally did not buy it.

Spoiler [+] So Jackie grabbed three vials of morphine from the pill-o-matic and drank them. The "dying nurse" Ep a few weeks ago used orally administered morphine as the method of suicide. Was Jackie just trying to get high? Or was she trying to end it all? I didn't know you could drink the stuff.

She signed into the Pill O Matic as herself (I saw her name logged on). I don't think she would have done something that stupid (risking her job) if she only wanted to get high.

Spoiler [+] Yeah, but her supply is cut off now. She was going to risk going through withdrawal because her meds ran out. No drugs, boyfriend hates her, husband will leave if he finds out... The nurse w/cancer was prolly highly immune to the morphine, so Jackie wouldn't need as much.

I personally think it was valium. That would equal 30mgs of liquid valium(10mg per mililiter), it would hit you hard and fast. just what you'd need after news like that. 30mg of morphine wouldn't kill jackie either, she's an addict.( All bottles that size are 1 mililiter, both drugs are 10 miligrams per mililiter) Last Edited By: Kitten Gloves 08/20/09 11:39 AM. Little glass bottles about 1 1/2" - 2" long. With the rubber tops you would stick a needle into. ETA: It was on the Pill-O-Matic screen, not the bottles themselves. Morphine Sulfate, 10 MG/ML, Quantity: 3. I remember it was weird because I only remembered Jackie taking/snorting pills before and this was a liquid. Last Edited By: TV MA LSV 08/20/09 12:28 PM.
