As the links say, the photo is being pulled because he was a minor at the time.
But that claim is being questioned. A crafty ploy to remove a nude photo by saying he is underage?

there is absolutely positively NO fucking way that picture was taken 5 years ago. I had that camera, and it was indeed released in 05. FUCK THAT DALLAS!!!
