I have no doubt that Memphis would take Jerry if he thought he had a better chance against him.
BUT, I think he thinks that Dan is just as hated as Jerry, so he will stick with the "renegades" and try his lame clothing/promotion/all-stars thing. I also think he would be slightly embarrassed to take Jerry, and that he really doesn't want Jerry to get one dime. |
