I rarely vote, and I when I do it's because a dance tea.m really impresses me. I voted for Apollo and I voted for Drew. I am rarely impressed by any contestants that are already dancers professionally, or who use dance as part of their "real" job--and I don't give a fuck that it's "not BALLROOM!"

Kelly was (by FAR) the worst dancer last night, her "flick kicks" or whatever they are called were absolutely pathetic, and she only did a couple of those--and fewer doubles, and she fucked up those bad with her leg just half-heartedly dangling there. I thought the doll concept was icky too. I have been rooting for her, but that whole thing was a hot mess.

I liked Derek's "futuristic" Paso, and I agree with Len there, I was thinking, "how the hell do you combine future and paso?" He did, and he did it well. Joanna kept up with him in side-by-side movements quite well, and it stayed a "paso" throughout. It was really the best dance of the season to me.

Donny lost his damn mind wearing lighter pants that highlighted his pot belly, and ruined whatever "line" he was trying to create in his dance. BAD costuming there.

I don't think Mya was any different tonight, she's a dancer, she dancer well, big whoop. I agree with those who say Len's "hate" has all been an act for this redemption storyline. They learned from the whole Serena mess not to rave about their ringers, make them suffer, so people will root for them. YAWN

Everything else? Already forgotten, which is typical of this season.
