Interesting to see how the Jewish community networks in LA. Josh's granny runs the show- she's a community leader. I used to work for a Jewish-owned service-type company in an midwestern city, and every Jewish person in the area who needed the service came to us. That's how they work it- no questions asked.

So what is up with Chad putting all of his personal belongings in Ziploc bags? The only thing that I put in a bag is my makeup when I go traveling. He even had a bottle of Midol in a bag. What is up wth him anyway?

I grimaced when they showed him putting stuff in zip loc bags because I do that ALL THE TIME. Anything that might leak when I travel goes in a bag, although I'm not opposed to some items sharing a bag. In my garage I use the heavier duty freezer bags to keep screws, bolts, twisty ties, velcro, hooks, and things. I put extra key chains in zip locks. I put business cards in zip locs too. Pens, batteries, chargers, memory disks, lens wipes, tooth pics, whatever.

Oh hell....look:

This is just ONE of many drawers in our house that are filled with zip loc bags.

This show is incredibly bad... It was this or the Republican convention and I would rather put hot pokers in my eyes... but seriously the amount of conflict of interest between these people show how stupid both buyers and sellers are and why we have a housing crisis at the present. These BOYS should not be allowed to sell you a mickey d burger let alone a million dollar property and any moron who would allow them to deserves to lose their home.

who the fuck gives a 25 yr old 5 million to buy a house? And what is with the hair dude.. shit Al Gore needs to documentary about the fucking ozone he destroys on daily basis!
And the nasty punk with the granny that runs the show is a total idiot.. he couldn't walk without granny..hope he gets in all in the will because earning a living is beyond him

And its good to know the apple doesn't fall from the media whore tree with the Hilton's grand appearance

This is reality programming at its finest.
These guys get multi-million dollar listings because the clients think they have a pipeline into "young" Hollywood money. Also, there are a lot of young athletes with millions to spend on real estate, too. A bigger factor is that all three of these young guys have heavyweight family connections and get a lot of referrals that way. Plus, they work hard to make it happen.
So that's the set up.
The conflicts I find fascinating, because they are dealing with huge sums of money. The Jewish dynamic with Josh I have talked about. Look at how tight that guy Peirce was! I expected them to try to screw Josh out of half the commission. I suspect that the father scotched the negotiations on purpose- so he could take the house off the market and re-list it as a for sale by owner, or with his son as the prime broker. Note the Pierce never did tell Josh who the potential buyers were. Josh has a great lawsuit if they do.
Chad is a great study in OCP with strong narcissist overtones. See how the camera always catches Chad looking at himself in the mirror and adjusting his bangs? Great atuff. And his girlfriend thinks he's an idiot, but knows she can't find another guy with as much money as he has.
And so on and so forth...

Josh was looking worked over. Dude isn't going to age well.

Chad is just a trip. Totally obnoxious how he reads the cue cards. And that hair. Ugh. He needs some decongestant or his septum repaired.

You're not. At the beginning he just came off as a cocky douchebag, but he's starting to seem more like a dissatisfied old soul.

Josh is turning out to be the more sensible (maybe more successful) of the three. And dare I say more "mature" - as opposed to an over-the-hill 29 year-old Chad who has to not only childishly spill out his and Josh's drama in front of the mag editor, but also keep a copy of all of Josh's emails to that Ron dude. I knew I would detest Chad the most, but I can't believe how he is the chief incitor of all the confticts they've shown him and Josh go through.

Between the OCD-monotone-speech impaired Chad and sexually-confused-but-raving-queen Madison, Josh is pretty normal. But he is looking very "beat" in the face. He should probably give up this line of work.

This show is awful. Note to Bravo, if you are going to force your "reality" cast to read scripts - try to find some guys who can read.

I miss the first season greatness of the various eccentric agents.

Madison is definitely the likeable one, I hope he makes money this season..Josh running around the table was so infuriating and if I were the agent I would have walked out right then and there with that little condescending speech...it sucks that he still makes so much money despite his douchey behavior

Josh is a douche, and a crook, but he's brilliant.
He priced the house right in a falling market, and INTENTIONALLY left crap lying around so a newbie buyer would think that they were REALLY getting a bargain. And it worked.
